A service schedule and a wider workshop record can describe different things: routine maintenance, a repair or another recorded visit. For vehicles with a Digital Service Schedule, Audi erWin allows registered companies to make entries. What matters is whether the work was entered and is available in the sources checked. Keep the invoice even when a digital entry exists.

Dates, mileage and the work actually recorded

Available entries can identify when a workshop saw the car, its recorded odometer reading and the work described. Repair descriptions and parts rows can help you check a specific claim, such as a replaced battery. Count a completed service only when the entry supports that conclusion; a repair is useful evidence without being routine maintenance.

Vehicle details and additional manufacturer entries

Technical details, factory equipment and campaign information may also be supplied. Use build details to check the identity of the car and ask about later changes. A recorded body repair does not provide a complete accident or insurance history, and a campaign entry should be read for its own status.

The genuine Audi example shows a 12-volt battery replacement description and a battery part row with quantity 1.00. That supports a specific repair description; it does not establish that an oil service took place. The following Audi Connect wording is incomplete, so it should not be counted as another confirmed repair.

The individual VIN and recorded workshop activity determine the result. An Audi model badge, a UK registration or a long list of visits does not guarantee that every service is available. For an imported car, compare overseas paperwork with the entries returned rather than assuming that one search covers its whole life.
