Refund Policy (No Refunds)

All reports sold on vinhistory.co.uk are custom digital services prepared individually on request.

By placing an order, you agree that preparation of your report begins immediately after payment. Once the report has been delivered to the email address you provided, the order is considered fully completed.

No refunds, cancellations or returns are available once the report has been delivered if it contains any verifiable service history information as described on the product page.

The only exception: If, after completing the search, we do not have any service history information for the VIN provided (i.e., no service entries are available in our sources), you are eligible for a full refund. To request it, contact info@vinhistory.co.uk within 14 days, including your order number and VIN.

In case of technical problems (e.g., corrupted file or access issue), contact us at info@vinhistory.co.uk within 14 days and we will ensure you receive a working copy.
