A PDF sent to your email address

Service history reports are individually prepared and delivered electronically as PDF documents to the email address entered at checkout. There is no physical delivery.

How long does a report take?

The product page gives the estimate for your chosen brand. These estimates depend on the records available and the external systems providing them. Our Terms and Conditions provide for delivery within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

We do not present this as an instant automated report. Choose your brand to see its current estimate and coverage.

If your report has not arrived

Check your junk folder and confirm the email address on your order. If you have not received the report within 24 hours, email info@vinhistory.co.uk with your order number and VIN.

If no history is found

The Refund Policy explains the full-refund exception when no service history information is available and how to request it within 14 days.
