Terms and Conditions of the vinhistory.co.uk Online Store

§ 1. Preliminary Provisions

The online store vinhistory.co.uk, available at https://vinhistory.co.uk, is operated by Seo System, Company Number 6772183506, with its registered office at Przybyszewskiego 68m80, 30-128 Kraków, Poland.

These Terms and Conditions apply to both Consumers and Business Customers and define the rules for using the Online Store and concluding distance contracts for the provision of individually prepared digital reports.


§ 2. Definitions

  • Consumer – an individual entering into a contract with the Seller where the subject matter is not directly connected with their business or professional activity.
  • Business Customer – an entity making purchases directly related to its business activity.
  • SellerSeo System, Company Number 6772183506, with its registered office at Przybyszewskiego 68m80, 30-128 Kraków, Poland.
  • Customer – any entity making purchases through the Store.
  • Report (Service) – an individually prepared digital report containing a vehicle’s service history, created on request and delivered electronically after payment.
  • Distance Contract – a contract concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, using online communication tools.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

To purchase and access Reports, Customers need:

  • an Internet-connected device,
  • an up-to-date web browser,
  • an active email account,
  • software capable of opening PDF files.

§ 5. General Information

  • Browsing the Store’s offer does not require creating an account.
  • Orders require providing necessary personal details and completing payment.
  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
  • The Seller is not VAT registered; therefore, VAT does not apply.

§ 6. Ordering Process

To place an order, the Customer must:

  1. Select the desired Report and click “Buy Now.”
  2. Provide the required details.
  3. Complete the payment.
  4. Receive a confirmation email once the order is accepted.

§ 7. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards,
  • Instant bank transfers (via WooPayments).

Payment must be made in full before the Seller begins preparing the Report.


§ 8. Delivery of Reports

  • Reports are not automatically generated.
  • Each Report is individually prepared by the Seller based on the Customer’s request.
  • Reports are delivered electronically to the Customer’s email address within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery is deemed completed once the Report is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

§ 9. No Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

By placing an order, the Customer expressly agrees that preparation of the Report begins immediately after payment.

As the Report is a custom digital service prepared individually on request, the Customer acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once preparation has begun.

Therefore:

  • No refunds, cancellations, or returns are available once the Report has been delivered.
  • If the Report contains the requested service history and has been properly delivered, the Customer has no right to cancel, request a refund, or initiate a chargeback.
  • Any unjustified chargeback claims will be formally disputed, as the service is considered fully completed upon delivery.

§ 10. Complaints

  • Technical issues (e.g., corrupted file, inability to open the Report) should be reported via email.
  • Complaints must include the order number and a description of the problem.
  • The Seller will respond within 14 business days and, if necessary, resend the Report.

§ 11. Data Protection

  • The Seller is the data controller of all Customer data.
  • Data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, in accordance with the Store’s Privacy Policy.
  • Customers retain full rights of access, rectification, and deletion of their data.

§ 12. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, including Reports, descriptions, content, and the Store’s design, are protected by copyright and belong to the Seller.
  • Customers may use purchased Reports for personal use only.
  • Copying, sharing, or distributing Reports without the Seller’s consent is strictly prohibited.

§ 13. Final Provisions

  • English law applies to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Purchase of a Report constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
